Building SizeApproximately 62,365 cleanable square feet.
ScheduleMonday through Friday cleaning, excluding holidays.
Day PorterOne on-site day porter/matron from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
After-Hours ServiceMinimum 10 man-hours between 5:30 PM and 12:00 AM, with at least two after-hours janitorial staff and an on-site working supervisor.
ScopeDaily office, restroom, breakroom, floor, trash, glass, entryway, elevator, and perimeter cleaning, plus weekly, monthly, and semi-annual floor/carpet work.
SuppliesContractor provides all labor, commercial-grade equipment, cleaning products, paper products, liners, restroom supplies, floor safety signs, entrance mats, and required cleanup kits.
Floor CareWet extraction carpet cleaning, VCT machine scrubbing, stripping, waxing, buffing, and sealing as required.
SecurityStaff must pass required background checks and wear identification badges while on-site.
