Scope: Office, restroom and breakroom cleaning; trash and recycling collection; glass cleaning; floor care; quarterly carpet extraction; periodic deep cleaning and designated pressure washing.
Schedule: Location-specific cleaning 2, 3, 5 or 7 days per week, with supplemental trash service and twice-daily restroom and breakroom checks at designated locations.
Staffing and supplies: Provide labor, on-site supervision, equipment and approved cleaning products, including feminine hygiene products and toilet seat covers. Hand soap, trash liners, paper towels and toilet tissue are supplied.
Emergency coverage: Available year-round, with arrival within 30 minutes when staff are on site or within 2 hours otherwise.
Access: Include employee screening, airport badging and required access training costs.
Service term: Anticipated start February 1, 2027, for three years, with two optional one-year extensions.
Pricing: Provide pricing by location and service for each year, plus an hourly rate for additional work.
