Ceiling: Paint approximately 11,187 square feet black after others remove the existing drop ceiling.
Walls: Repaint approximately 9,328 square feet with a base color, two 2-foot-high accent stripes, and one 3-foot-high accent stripe; colors and layout require approval.
Preparation: Include cleaning, loose paint removal, minor repairs, primer as needed, and enough finish coats for even coverage; use commercial-grade paint with durable, washable wall finishes.
Protection: Include labor, materials, lifts, masking, fixture protection, cleanup, and debris removal; place 3/4-inch plywood beneath lift travel paths to protect the gym floor.
