BoilersFurnish and install two natural gas condensing boilers, Lochinvar FTX600, Hydrotherm KN Series, or approved equal.
DemolitionRemove existing boilers, related piping, venting, gas piping, pumps, and controls as shown.
Piping and VentingProvide hydronic and natural gas piping, 4-inch boiler venting/flues routed through the existing chimney stack, condensate neutralizers, valves, gauges, and insulation.
Pumps and AccessoriesInclude boiler pumps, circulating pumps, hydraulic separator, suction diffusers, triple duty valves, and required supports.
System WorkClean, flush, and fill the heating system with 30% propylene glycol solution.
ControlsIntegrate boiler plant controls with Johnson Controls Metasys/BACnet MS/TP as specified.
