What they need

ScopePlow parking lots, driving areas, and driveway entrances/exits; shovel or blow sidewalks, building entrances, and overhead door areas.
ScheduleMaintain 24/7 access, including holidays. Complete plowing and deicing by 6:00 a.m. weekdays for snowfall of 2 inches or more, and by 8:00 a.m. weekends and holidays for snowfall of 4 inches or more. Treat hazardous ice by the same deadlines.
DeicingSupply and apply salt/deicer to pavement and concrete-safe deicer at pedestrian/service doors and extending 25 feet out from overhead garage doors.
On-call serviceRespond within 2 hours for snow/ice removal and within 24 hours for snow hauling to a designated offsite location.
Term and pricingNovember 15, 2026–September 30, 2029, with two optional one-year extensions. Provide separate all-inclusive per-occurrence rates for weekday plowing/deicing, weekend/holiday plowing/deicing, ice-only treatment, on-call snow/ice removal, on-call ice treatment, and snow hauling. Rates must remain firm for the initial term.
