ResponseAvailable 24/7 during snow season, including weekends and holidays; acknowledge requests within 4 hours and mobilize equipment within 8 hours.
ResourcesSupply all labor, supervision, equipment, fuel, and materials. Include available staffing, equipment types and quantities, and an emergency contact.
PricingProvide fully burdened hourly labor and equipment rates, salt and sand per ton, liquid deicer per gallon, hauling per hour, and disposal per load. Specify night, weekend, holiday, and extended-storm rates.
Term and coverageRates fixed for an initial three-year term, with two optional one-year renewals capped at 3% increases annually. Work is as needed, with no guaranteed volume. Please identify which campuses you can cover; partial coverage is welcome.
