ScopeClear and treat parking lots, sidewalks, entryways, and access walkways. Include all labor, equipment, and materials, plus cleanup of excess treatment product after each event. No salt around vegetation.
TimingClear areas before staff arrive when weather permits and maintain safe access throughout business hours. Staff arrive as early as 7 a.m. at Advanced Learning, 8:30 a.m. at Alford, Evergreen, Rockwell, and Westlink, and noon at Angelou. Sunday arrivals are noon where open; operating hours extend as late as 8 p.m.
PricingProvide flat rates per occurrence for each location for accumulations up to 2 inches, 2–6 inches, and 6+ inches.
Service termOne year, with two optional one-year renewals.
