Coverage: Quote one or more complete clusters, covering every facility and required service within each selected cluster.
Services: Plowing, pretreatment, deicing, designated sidewalk/stair/ramp clearing, and snow relocation or off-site hauling where required.
Schedule: November 1, 2026–June 30, 2029, with two optional one-year renewals; snow seasons run November 1–April 30.
Response: Continuous weather monitoring and service as conditions require, including nights, weekends, and holidays; maintain safe entrances, accessible routes, and emergency access before opening and throughout events.
Resources: Provide labor, equipment, fuel, approved deicing materials, supervision, and backup capacity for simultaneous storms.
Pricing: Provide hourly equipment rates including operators and operating costs; separate treatment rates, sand/salt pricing per cubic yard, manual labor and hauling rates, and any minimum trip charge. Identify covered clusters and rates by service year.
