Drive specifications: Yaskawa Matrix Drive or approved equal using direct AC-to-AC conversion without an intermediate DC bus; 480V, three-phase, 60Hz input; maximum 5% total harmonic distortion.
Controls and cabinets: Integrate damper controls and reused Schneider TSX Momentum modules with Modbus PLC compatibility. Provide UL-accepted Type 1 cabinets with top cable entry and front service access, sized within existing cabinet allowances.
Installation: Include existing drive removal, designated equipment salvage, electrical and control wiring, rigid conduit, drawings, manuals, factory startup, and local and remote operational testing. Network cabling and system integration will be handled by the facility team.
Maintenance: Quote 3,890 electrician hours for scheduled and emergency repairs to ventilation, gas monitoring, surveillance, communications, fiber optic, and PLC systems, plus 3 emergency mobilizations.
Response and scheduling: Provide 24/7 availability with emergency crews on-site within 4 hours and scheduled work starting within 48 hours. Night work may be required Sunday–Thursday, 9 p.m.–5 a.m.
