Switchboard: One service entrance rated unit, 4000A, 120/208V, 3-phase, 4-wire, 100kAIC, NEMA 1, front access only, with copper bus, 4000A main breaker, metering, and feeder breakers per drawings.
Motor control center: One 800A unit, 208V, 3-phase, 65kAIC, with copper bus, front access, starters, controls, and spare buckets per drawings.
Surge protection: Factory-integrated devices in both assemblies; minimum capacity of 400kA per phase at the switchboard and 200kA per phase at the MCC.
Manufacturer: All equipment must be new and from the same manufacturer: ABB, Siemens-ITE, Square D, or Eaton. Supplier must hold current manufacturer authorization.
Delivery and storage: Deliver to a bonded warehouse within 60 miles of the site by March 15, 2027; include freight, handling, protection, and storage through June 15, 2027.
Support: Include coordination, testing, startup, commissioning support, training, documentation, and warranties. Installation and connection will be performed by others.
