What the job is
Specifications: 10–30 gpm capacity; 0.1-micron pores; 93-inch-long, 6.5-inch-diameter outer shell; 85-inch module length; 538 sq. ft. membrane area; operating conditions of 104°F, 45 psi, and pH 1–10.
Accessories: Include required clamps, transparent compression couplings, upper and lower end caps, O-rings, end nuts, short and long flex hoses, and module-nut lubricant.
Support: Include two days of installation supervision and at least two days of startup and testing support. Facility staff provide installation labor. Include removal and proper disposal of shipping preservatives, maintenance documentation, and operating protocols.
Warranty and schedule: Ten-year prorated membrane performance warranty; delivery within 90 days of contract execution; installation support within 30 days of delivery or at an agreed time before April 2027.
