Equipment: 42 generators, including Caterpillar, Kohler, Cummins/Onan, Katolight, Generac, and other makes; listed ratings range from 30 to 1,250 kW.
Maintenance: One service per generator, including oil and filter changes, coolant flushing, thermostat, hose, belt, and starting battery replacement, tune-ups, inspections, and oil, coolant, and diesel fuel analysis.
Testing: One on-site dry load bank test per generator, including cold-start, stepped loading at 25%, 50%, 80%, and 100%, protective device checks, and performance reports. Specifications include four-hour testing at both 80% and 100%; please identify your pricing assumptions.
Repairs and response: 2,500 base labor hours and 18 emergency mobilizations; 24/7 availability with four-hour emergency response and scheduled work starting within 48 hours.
Experience: Company and technicians must each have at least five years of relevant generator service and testing experience.
Pricing: Provide service and testing prices by generator, repair labor rates, and emergency mobilization pricing, including required labor, equipment, consumables, and testing fuel.
