What the job is
Piping: Remove existing supply and return 90-degree elbows and install two 8-inch tees with flange sets, 8-inch lug-style butterfly valves, two 8-inch blind flange plates, and two 8-inch-to-4-inch reducing flange adapters.
Completion: Leak test all new work, insulate the new piping area, and clean up. Include all labor, materials, equipment, and welding machine connections and disconnections.
Permits and staffing: Include necessary permits, hot work authorization, fire watch, and detail officer.
Work conditions: Perform during regular working hours; prevailing wage rates apply. Include a 50% payment bond for project values over $25,000.
