Portal and case management: Responsive burial/interment application forms, secure document uploads, applicant status visibility, staff work queues, configurable eligibility workflows, and dashboards.
Documents and integrations: OnBase storage/retrieval, DD214 ingestion and data extraction with staff validation, and case-associated inbound/outbound email notifications and correspondence.
Payment and messaging: Include payment tracking with stubbed processing; separately price production payment processor integration and secure two-way portal messaging.
Security and accessibility: Role-based access, encryption, audit logging, approved staff authentication, and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance with security and accessibility testing.
Delivery: Discovery, design, configuration in the existing Appian environment, testing, training, documentation, deployment, and post-launch stabilization; indicative implementation schedule of 17 weeks.
Pricing: Provide a fixed price or time-and-materials total with a not-to-exceed limit, hourly rates, assumptions, and all travel expenses included; quote valid for at least 90 days.
