What the job is
Scope: Caption recorded videos, primarily WebEx sessions, with separate .srt caption files and .txt transcripts.
Pricing: Provide per-minute rates for English and Spanish captioning, based on estimated quantities of 6,700 English minutes and 1,000 Spanish minutes. Volume varies and is not guaranteed; no minimum charges per video.
Accuracy: At least 99% caption accuracy, meeting ADA, WCAG 2.1, CVAA and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
Turnaround: Deliver captions within 48 hours of upload receipt; complete corrections within one business day at no additional cost.
Term: One year, with up to four additional one-year renewal options.
Qualifications: At least five years of professional captioning experience; all work performed in the United States.
