Privacy and reporting: HIPAA-compliant, confidential interpretation and detailed monthly usage reports identifying requester, location, service date, call times, minutes, language, and interpreter.
Resources: Printed language identification materials and printed/digital service instructions within 30 days of service commencement, with updates included at no additional cost.
Service term: From the agreed start date through June 30, 2027, with four optional one-year renewals.
