What the job is
Scope: Break and remove compacted snow and ice, widen travel lanes, stack and haul snow, and perform cleanup in cul-de-sacs, dead-end streets, narrow residential roads, and parking areas.
Equipment: Skid steers, wheel loaders, backhoes, motor graders, mini loaders, or dump trucks with at least 10 cubic yards of capacity. Please identify available units and snow attachments.
Staffing: Experienced, appropriately licensed operators; include equipment, labor, fuel, maintenance, and supervision in your hourly quote.
Availability: Support 12-hour shifts and consecutive-day operations. Acknowledge activation within 30 minutes; be ready on-site 2–4 hours before scheduled events or within 2–4 hours of notification during active events.
Service period: Winter operations through June 30, 2027, with two potential one-year extensions. Equipment must pass a safety and operational inspection before use.
