What the job is
Scope: Clear roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and designated areas over a two-year term.
Equipment and labor: Provide skid loaders with operators, 2½-ton 4x4 dump trucks with plows and operators, and up to eight additional laborers. Up to two units of each equipment type may be requested per event.
Availability: As-needed service, 24/7, with arrival within two hours of emergency notification or by the scheduled start time.
Pricing: Quote hourly rates for each equipment/operator category and additional labor. Estimated quantities are 60 skid loader hours, 90 dump truck hours, and 200 labor hours; hours are not guaranteed. Include travel and overhead; no minimum show-up hours are paid.
Materials: De-icing materials are supplied on-site; provide all other tools and equipment.
Qualifications: Five years of commercial snow and ice removal experience; work must be performed by your own crews.
