- DeliverablesProvide draft and final plans, accessible PDFs, editable source files, supporting maps and databases, cost and prioritization spreadsheets, and presentation materials.
- ScheduleAnticipated start around January 25, 2027; complete all work by June 30, 2027.
- QuoteInclude a fixed total fee, labor rates and estimated hours, and your proposed schedule. Minimum five years of library facilities master planning experience required.
