Facility assessments: Inventory and visit each site for visual, planning-level assessments of buildings, structural and MEP systems, accessibility, safety, site infrastructure, and deferred maintenance.
Operational planning: Evaluate space, capacity, staffing, equipment and material storage needs; identify modernization, consolidation, relocation, and EV charging opportunities.
Capital strategy: Develop improvement alternatives, resilience recommendations, planning-level cost estimates, ROI analysis, and a prioritized ten-year implementation plan.
Coordination and deliverables: Include project management, stakeholder interviews, at least two public meetings, and draft and final plans with facility profiles, maps, a capital needs matrix, and editable files.
