What the job is
Term: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2029.
Coverage: Monthly inspection and treatment of the entire building interior, exterior perimeter, and grounds for crawling and flying pests and rodents; termites excluded from routine service.
Rodent control: Supply and maintain enclosed bait stations and wind-up, spring-loaded automatic mouse traps; inspect and replace bait as needed monthly.
Service hours: Outside 7:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., with pesticide residue cleared before the next working day.
Callbacks: Respond within 24 hours at no additional charge.
Personnel and materials: Certified Maryland pesticide applicators, at least five years of comparable experience, and approved mild-odor or odorless pesticides. All work must be performed by your own employees.
Pricing: Include all labor, equipment, supplies, permits, fees, and transportation in a total three-year quote. Provide a separate termite treatment rate per linear foot, fixed for the full term.
