Services: Supply labor, materials, and equipment for dispenser, pump, fuel line, electrical, and leak detection maintenance, repair, testing, and overhaul.
Preventive maintenance: Quarterly visits at Barstow and Lusby; semiannual visits for heating oil and generator tanks, including inspections and service records. Include your maintenance checklist.
Annual testing: Tank, sump, spill bucket, product line, and automatic line leak detector testing, plus tank monitoring system calibration.
Response times: Available 24/7, with onsite response within eight business hours for routine calls and two clock hours for emergencies.
Qualifications: At least five years of relevant experience; MDE UST System Technician certification and applicable Veeder-Root/FuelMaster certifications.
Pricing: Provide fully loaded regular and emergency hourly rates, plus maintenance, testing, and calibration prices by site. Estimated annual labor is 81 regular hours and 40 emergency hours. Include travel and overhead; no additional overtime charges. Parts markup is capped at 10%, with a six-month repair warranty.
Term: One year, with four optional annual renewals; services must be performed directly without subcontracting.
