What they need
- Main entranceInsulated 18-gauge galvanized Ceco LP hollow metal door pair with 6" × 30" safety-glass lites; new 16-gauge galvanized Ceco SU welded transom/sidelite frame, 5-3/4" depth, with masonry anchors, or equal.
- Lab entranceSame hollow metal door pair and glazing; reuse existing transom frame, rehabilitate and paint frame to match, and include frame spats.
- Chemical storage and rear labInsulated Phoenix Tiger Door Heavy Duty FRP doors, or equal: one exterior pair and two singles. Reuse existing frames and hinges; retain exterior transom and rehabilitate rear lab frame.
- HardwareInclude exit devices, rim cylinders, hold-open closers, kickplates, thresholds, sweeps and weatherstripping for exterior openings; new hinges for both hollow metal pairs. Chemical storage interior single requires a lockset and hold-open closer.
- Pricing and scheduleLump sum including materials, labor, delivery, equipment and disposal; complete within 90 calendar days of award and provide a minimum 12-month warranty.
