Please quote replacement of four exterior wooden doors with secure metal door assemblies at Brookland-Lakeview Empowerment Center, 1218 Batchelor Street, West Columbia, SC 29169.

Locations: Two hallway doors near the Connected Learning Center, one shop door on the North Street side, and one cafeteria door.
Installation: Measure openings, check door swing and frame condition, remove and dispose of existing doors, and install forced-entry-resistant metal doors.
Frames: Replace frames where needed and identify frame work separately.
Hardware: Include hinges, locks, closers, thresholds, weatherstripping, anchors, required exit hardware, and rated assemblies.
Finishing: Include corrosion protection, finish coating, sealing, surface repairs, and checks for alignment, secure latching, closing, weather sealing, and emergency exit.
Protection: Protect occupied areas and preserve historic features.
