Term: April–November annually, from April 1, 2027 through March 31, 2030.
Resources: Include all labor, equipment, and materials.
Mowing: At least 26 visits annually for mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup; include traffic control for East-West Highway medians.
Landscape upkeep: Weeding, deadheading, shrub shaping, seasonal flower planting twice yearly, spring and fall cleanup, leaf and debris removal, and brown shredded hardwood mulch at least 2.5 inches deep.
Rain gardens: Care for vegetation, weed, remove debris, and inspect drainage at six rain gardens and two stormwater treatment facilities; propose service frequency.
Snow services: Provide a truck with plow and spreader, a laborer, and a snow blower with operator; ice melt is supplied.
