What they need

MowingMinimum 38 cuttings per growing season, plus additional cuts as needed; average height 2.5 inches, maximum 4 inches. Athletic and practice fields excluded; maintain surrounding areas up to field fences and track boundaries.
Routine maintenanceEdge sidewalks, curbs, drives, beds, and building perimeters each cutting; remove litter and clear clippings from sidewalks and paved entrances.
Landscape carePrune trees and shrubs as needed; maintain weed-free beds and replenish double-hammered mulch to 3–4 inches at least annually.
TreatmentsAnnual soil analysis and spring fertilization; designated-area weed control; annual spring fire ant treatment on playgrounds and within 300 feet of buildings using Top Choice or approved equal.
Ponds and slopesMaintain settlement ponds at least twice annually to 4–6 inches; mow designated slopes and roadside areas monthly during the growing season.
Resources and schedulingInclude all labor, equipment, materials, and chemicals. Commercial Applicator and Category 3 Ornamental and Turf Pest Control licenses required; coordinate work around school activities.
PricingProvide separate Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 totals, with service anticipated to start January 1, 2027.
