Seasonal care: Soil testing and fertilization, weed and pest control, annual ryegrass overseeding in October at 10 pounds per 1,000 square feet, and pruning at least twice yearly.
Mulch: Supply and install 2 inches of shredded hardwood mulch in March and October, replenishing as needed.
Additional scope: Irrigation maintenance and repair; removal of dead or dying plants and trees up to 6-inch caliper.
Schedule and qualifications: Work Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m., excluding holidays; South Carolina commercial pesticide applicator required for pesticide services.
Pricing: Provide monthly and annual pricing for one year, including labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and disposal, plus an hourly rate for additional work.
