What the job is
Areas: Chapel/shelter, administration building, and maintenance shop, with listed carpet areas of 1,376, 4,800, and 560 sq. ft., respectively.
Schedule: Three visits weekly on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; chapel cleaning completed by 9:00 a.m. Holiday visits rescheduled within the same week.
Routine cleaning: Trash and recycling removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, touchpoint and water fountain disinfection, vacuuming and carpet spot cleaning, mopping, dusting, and interior/exterior window and glass door cleaning.
Deep cleaning: Twice yearly, starting at service commencement: strip and refinish vinyl/tile floors, shampoo carpets as needed, dust ceilings and vents, clean light fixtures, and sanitize tile walls and vinyl floors.
Staff and supplies: Provide labor, on-site supervision, commercial equipment, and environmentally preferable cleaning supplies; source applicable available products through BISM. Toilet tissue and paper towels are provided.
Pricing: Three-year service term; provide weekly service and per-deep-cleaning rates for each year, including all labor, equipment, and supplies.
