Please quote janitorial services for selected building groups among 72 buildings throughout Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Scope: Nine building groups total approximately 1,461,900 cleanable square feet; identify the groups you can cover.
Cleaning: Routine office and common-area cleaning, restroom disinfection and restocking, trash and recycling removal, floor care, carpet cleaning, and periodic detail cleaning.
Staffing: Include supervision, relief coverage, and required daytime attendant, evening, and weekend coverage for each facility.
Supplies: Include equipment, chemicals, paper products, soap, and liners.
Special facilities: Selected locations require specialized cleaning procedures, background screening, and controlled access.
Site visits: Attend tours at every building in each selected group during November 9–19, 2026.
