Flooring: Remove about 250 square feet of flooring, prepare subfloors and install about 650 square feet of waterproof click-lock luxury vinyl plank flooring.
Electrical: Provide about 31 AFCI outlets, 10 GFCI outlets, 12 single-pole switches, two three-way switches, 11 light fixtures, five ceiling fans with lights and six hardwired smoke/carbon monoxide detectors; include dedicated appliance circuits, required 220-volt circuits, replacement wiring, boxes, breakers, permits and inspection.
Walls: Repair about 500 square feet of drywall and prime and paint about 500 square feet.
Completion: Include all labor, materials, equipment and debris disposal; verify quantities and measurements onsite; finish within 90 calendar days of authorization to start and provide a two-year workmanship warranty.
Qualifications: Maryland-licensed general contractor with at least three years of similar experience; electrical work by a licensed contractor approved for Howard County.
