Partitions and accessories: Install stainless steel partitions and countertops, privacy panels, ADA grab bars, soap dispensers, non-rolling toilet paper holders, waste receptacles, and hand dryers.
Finishes and repairs: Remove existing fixtures and finishes as needed; repair walls, ceilings, and structural damage; paint surfaces and repair or refinish durable, slip-resistant flooring.
Electrical and doors: Install LED lighting, replace switches and sensors as needed, and repair or replace doors and hardware to meet accessibility and code requirements.
Project costs: Include labor, materials, equipment, permits, utility locates, site protection, temporary restrooms, disposal, and final cleaning. Provide separate subtotals for the 4-plex, 3-plex, and restroom behind the office, with applicable taxes and a separate 10% contingency.
