What the job is
Facility: Approximately 87,593 cleanable sq. ft., including 67,388 sq. ft. of carpet, 8,453 sq. ft. of resilient tile, 7,818 sq. ft. of quarry tile, and 36 restrooms.
Schedule and staffing: Evening cleaning Monday–Friday, 5–11 p.m., excluding holidays; one day porter Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–4 p.m.; on-site supervisor during cleaning. Personnel must pass background checks.
Cleaning: Daily trash/recycling removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, glass and surface cleaning, and high-traffic floor care; weekly dusting and vacuuming; floor buffing every other week, waxing every other month, and annual resilient-floor refinishing.
Supplies: Include labor, equipment, and compliant green cleaning supplies, purchased through BISM where available. Paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soap are provided on site.
Separate annual services: Price carpet shampooing, exterior window/glass-wall cleaning (approximately 6,933 sq. ft. of glass), Venetian blind cleaning, and lighting fixture cleaning separately.
Pricing: Provide a fully loaded monthly rate for each of five years, plus separate annual service prices.
