What the job is
Term and schedule: 24 months; Dayton Monday, Wednesday, and Friday starting at 9 a.m.; Jessup Tuesday and Thursday starting at 8 a.m., excluding holidays.
Routine cleaning: Trash and recycling removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, sweeping and mopping, carpet vacuuming and spot removal, dusting, entrance cleaning, and disinfection of frequently touched surfaces. Clean showers at least weekly.
Annual cleaning: During June weekends outside business hours, strip and wax tile/vinyl floors at both sites; clean Dayton's interior/exterior windows, windowsills, and I-beams; deep clean Dayton's rough floors, stairs, restroom floors, and carpets.
Equipment and supplies: Routine consumables and cleaning carts are available onsite. Provide ladders, vacuums, carpet cleaners, floor buffers, and all supplies and equipment for annual tasks. Propane buffers are prohibited.
Pricing: Include separate per-visit rates for each site and itemized prices for annual tasks, with all labor, equipment, and overhead included.
