Staffing: One daytime porter Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.; on-site supervisor during evening and Saturday service; experienced floor care technician and special-event porter availability.
Scope: Trash and recycling removal, restroom and kitchen sanitation, vacuuming, mopping, glass cleaning, dusting, weekly floor buffing, quarterly stripping and waxing, and exterior window/glass wall cleaning every six months.
Materials: Include labor, cleaning products, and commercial equipment; use environmentally preferable cleaning products.
Pricing: Provide monthly rates for each year from November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029, plus separate annual pricing for carpet shampooing, exterior windows/glass walls, venetian blinds, and lighting fixtures. Identify any overlap with routine services.
