What the job is
Schedule: Monday–Friday, excluding holidays, for at least 4 hours per day between 8:00 AM and 3:30 PM.
Coverage: Both floors, including offices, seven restrooms, entryways, hallways, stairs, kitchen, breakroom, meeting and training rooms, and locker rooms.
Cleaning: Daily trash and recycling removal, restroom cleaning and restocking, vacuuming, floor cleaning, and high-touch surface disinfection; weekly and monthly detail cleaning.
Equipment and supplies: Provide labor, supervision, transportation, and professional cleaning equipment. Cleaning solutions, restroom consumables, mops, gloves, wipes, and trash bags are supplied onsite.
Pricing: Provide an all-inclusive daily rate and total for 260 cleaning cycles over a term of up to 12 months, with labor costs, supply costs, and projected labor hours identified.
