What the job is
Identity foundation: Assess Workday and Microsoft Entra ID data alignment, stale identities, organization codes, and authoritative attributes; develop remediation and foundational RBAC plans.
Governance: Develop an Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) operating model, access and role management framework, and Joiner, Mover, and Leaver lifecycle workflows.
Application alignment: Assess third-party application roles, entitlements, and integration readiness; deliver a prioritized RBAC and provisioning roadmap.
PeopleSoft migration: Map identity flag and persona dependencies; develop a Workday/Entra provisioning migration plan covering testing, rollback, and decommissioning.
Staffing and delivery: Provide project management and technical leadership with Workday, Entra, PeopleSoft, and IAM expertise; include stakeholder workshops and weekly status reporting.
Schedule: One-year engagement anticipated to start February 8, 2027; services Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m. Eastern Time. Software and licenses will be provided by the client.
