Integrations: Zoho, Microsoft Office including Outlook and SharePoint, Teams, Zoom, WebEx, Azure DevOps, and Power Automate; daily task creation from emails, messages, and tickets, operational by year-end.
Migration: Import/export and migration from Asana and ClickUp, covering approximately 800–1,200 projects and thousands of related records. Include setup consulting; five years of migration experience and three examples required.
Security and accessibility: U.S. data storage, encryption at rest, two-factor authentication, SSO coordinated with IT, no third-party data sharing for AI model training, and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance with a VPAT available.
Implementation and support: Configuration, testing, live team training, ongoing videos and help desk support; anticipated start October 20, 2026, with team launch and post-launch support by January 2027.
Pricing: Itemize licensing, training, consulting/migration, implementation, and all other fees, with firm pricing for the four-year term.
