SystemsTwo FRP carbon vessels in series, each with 2.0 or 3.5 cubic feet minimum capacity, treating 4–6 gpm. Use virgin acid-washed coconut shell carbon meeting ANSI/NSF 61 and ANSI/AWWA B604-18.
InstallationInclude anti-siphon valve, sediment filtration, pressure gauges, three sampling ports, water meter, plumbing, and required permits.
MaintenanceCarbon vessel exchanges prepared off-site, spent carbon recycling including required testing, repairs, and system removal. Include separate rates for petroleum- and chlorinated-solvent-contaminated carbon.
Additional equipmentQuote UV installation and bulb replacement, water softeners and salt, acid neutralizers, chlorine feeders, replacement sediment filters, and hourly service.
Response and warrantyProvide 24-hour phone support with a 30-minute response, emergency service within 24 hours, and routine mobilization within three business days. Minimum three-year warranty on components and workmanship, excluding carbon and UV bulbs.
PricingProvide unit rates by Central, Eastern, Southern, and Western Maryland regions, including labor, materials, equipment, travel, and recycling.
