  • EquipmentIndustrial vacuum system capable of conveying wet or dry material through at least 250 feet of hose, lifting material from 25 feet below grade, and offloading liquids with an onboard hydraulic sludge pump without opening the tailgate.
  • PersonnelSupply all labor, equipment, and safety gear. All personnel must be confined-space trained; entry personnel require 40-hour HAZWOPER training or equivalent.
  • ResponseRoutine hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. Emergency coverage requires a callback within 15 minutes and capable personnel and equipment onsite within one hour, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • PricingProvide fully burdened routine and emergency hourly rates for each truck, with make, model, year, tank capacity, onboard water capacity, and vacuum system type. No minimum callout; billable time is limited to onsite work.
  • TermRates firm through June 30, 2027, with four optional annual extensions; work volume is not guaranteed.
