ScopeWater, sanitary waste, storm drainage and vent piping; fixtures, valves, backflow preventers, pumps, hot water systems, insulation, demolition and testing.
Labor ratesProvide daytime, evening, weekend and holiday hourly rates for plumbers, plumber’s helpers and laborers. Include small tools, taxes, supervision, insurance, overhead and profit; exclude travel time. Evening, weekend and holiday rates must not exceed 1.5 times daytime rates.
MarkupsProvide separate percentages for miscellaneous materials, subcontractors and rental equipment.
SchedulingWork is assigned as needed through December 31, 2029; evening, weekend and holiday work may be required. Allow for a site meeting within 48 hours of notification and a quote within 48 hours afterward.
WarrantyInclude a two-year parts and labor warranty.
