Project: Approximately 5,280 linear feet of drainage improvements addressing a minimum 50-year storm event, intense rainfall, and coastal influences.
Studies and design: Field investigations, surveying, geotechnical evaluations, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, and design of upsized piping, culverts, drainage structures, and associated roadway restoration.
Deliverables: Plans, specifications, construction cost estimates, environmental reviews, permit applications, construction documents, and bid support.
Construction consulting: Submittal reviews, site visits, inspection support, progress coordination, payment and change reviews, record drawings, and closeout, subject to separate authorization.
Pricing: Separately price Phase I studies, design, and permitting and Phase II construction consulting and closeout. Exclude construction work.
