Code compliance: Include required permits and upgrades to the hoistway, pit, structural supports, and machine room, including lighting, ventilation, HVAC, and waterproofing as needed.
Electrical and communications: Include power connections, controls, wiring, disconnects, car and pit lighting, and telephone connections.
Separate alternate: Price the electrical power supply upgrade, dedicated circuits and telephone connection, emergency power or battery backup provisions as applicable, and required smoke sensors.
Warranty and completion: Include a two-year labor and material warranty, with substantial completion by August 13, 2027.
