Subpanel: Install a new 120V subpanel fed from the building's main distribution; verify capacity and size the panel, copper feeders, and branch circuits by load calculation. Include breakers, grounding, bonding, and labeling.
Complete installation: Include all labor and materials, required permits and inspections, NEC/local code compliance, testing, as-built drawings, and cleanup.
Schedule: Plan for completion within 15 calendar days of authorization to proceed and provide your proposed schedule.
Pricing: Include labor and materials breakdowns, master electrician and helper hourly rates, and material markup capped at 10%.
