Additional locations: 4520 Baltimore National Pike, Mt. Airy, MD 21771; 5071 Bushy Road, Sykesville, MD 21784; 2602 Manchester Road, Westminster, MD 21157; and 12269 Bridgeport Road, Taneytown, MD 21787.
Scope: Troubleshooting, repairs, installations, and remodeling involving wiring, lighting, outlets, distribution systems, motors, and fiber optic, data, and telephone systems. Include tools, transportation, permits, and cleanup.
Service requirements: Routine service Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with response within 48 hours; emergency coverage 24/7/365 with response within six hours. Provide work estimates within 24 hours of each service call.
Qualifications: Current Maryland master electrician license, at least five years in commercial electrical work, and at least two Maryland-licensed journeymen with five years of commercial experience each. Work must be performed by your own employees.
Pricing: Quote fully loaded hourly rates for master electricians, journeymen, and helpers/apprentices, plus a single mobilization fee per service call. Overtime must not exceed 1.5 times regular rates; materials markup must not exceed 10%; equipment rentals are reimbursed at cost.
Duration and estimated usage: Up to 48 months, subject to available funding. Pricing estimates: 30 service calls, 20 master electrician hours, 300 journeyman hours, 100 helper/apprentice hours, and $10,000 in materials. Usage is not guaranteed.
