What the job is
Removal: Demolish and remove the existing dishwasher, pulper/extractor, and tray accumulator.
Equipment: Furnish and install a Champion EUCCW8 Pro dishwasher, Bi-Line Sonic 5 Pro pulper system, and Bi-Line RTP422/MT12 tray accumulator, or equivalents with supporting specifications.
Additional scope: Provide soiled tray conveyors, mobile sorting tables, soak sinks, supports, and accessories; verify utilities and coordinate final plumbing, electrical, and exhaust connections.
Drain cleaning: Clean and degrease existing floor drains, floor sinks, and grease piping shown on drawing P-101, ending at the main grease pipe down at column lines CU and C22. Existing piping repairs require separate authorization.
Completion: Include testing, start-up, commissioning, and owner training.
Schedule: On-site work begins May 20, 2027; substantial completion by June 18, 2027, and final completion by July 2, 2027. Include equipment lead times in your quote.
