What the job is
Scope: As-needed installations, troubleshooting, repairs, programming, upgrades, integration, and preventive maintenance for building automation, energy management, and temperature controls, including pneumatic systems.
Compatibility: Support Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, and Schneider Electric systems; integrations must use ASHRAE BACnet and connect to the existing Metasys ADX server.
Annual maintenance: Controller inspections, connectivity checks, backups, firmware/software updates, Metasys server support, and service response within 24 hours.
Pricing: Provide hourly rates by specialty, materials discounts from list price, annual maintenance pricing, and factory-certified training costs. Include travel, mileage, overhead, and incidentals.
Term: January 1, 2027–December 31, 2029, with firm pricing and no guaranteed work volume.
