Recreation facilitiesEvaluate two lighted all-weather turf fields, ideally 380 × 160 feet each, expanded restrooms, a pavilion, one sport court, an inclusive playground, and connected walking paths.
Site improvementsTree preservation, accessible circulation, safer crossings near 3rd Street, parking evaluation, grading, drainage, utilities, lighting, and stormwater management. Designs must reflect Olmsted landscape principles.
DeliverablesCost estimates, implementation phasing, and final design documents in editable native and PDF formats. Incorporate existing engagement findings; no new public engagement is included.
ScheduleTarget kickoff December 4, 2026; construction documents by April 1, 2027; final deliverables by May 1, 2027.
