Park planningParking study, up to three park alternatives, three pavilion concepts, green infrastructure, public space concepts, and a comprehensive plan.
Outreach and deliverablesStakeholder and public meeting support, 48 renderings, 30% design drawings, floodplain map revision application, preliminary engineering report, and construction and maintenance cost estimates.
Schedule and qualificationsAnticipated April 2027 start and completion within 190 weeks; work directed by a Wisconsin-registered Professional Engineer. Integrate Reach 3 designs provided by others.
