Coverage: Approximately 70 acres with 4 baseball fields, 4 softball fields, 7 soccer fields, and 1 multi-use field.
Maintenance: Mowing, edging, landscaping, field dragging and marking, mound/base repairs, minor fence repairs, and irrigation checks and routine repairs. Include all labor, equipment, and standard materials.
Turf care: Fertilization, weed/pest/disease control, annual verticutting, aeration 2–4 times annually, and at least 0.5-inch annual top-dressing. Laser-grade each baseball and softball field every two years on alternating schedules.
Staffing: Onsite manager, licensed pesticide applicator and irrigator, weekday maintenance staff, and weekend tournament coverage. Fields must be ready by 5 p.m. weekdays and 6 a.m. tournament days, subject to earlier games.
Term and pricing: Tentatively January 1, 2027–December 31, 2028, with fixed pricing. Provide an all-inclusive monthly rate, separate hourly rates for weekend preparation, tournament coverage, weather recovery, specialized irrigation repairs, and disaster response, plus materials/equipment rental markups.
