What the job is
Scope: Carpentry, doors and windows, drywall and ceilings, minor masonry and roof repairs, gutters, siding, weatherproofing, painting, flooring, welding, and general maintenance with cleanup.
Pricing: Provide regular and emergency hourly rates for foreman, carpenter, painter, welder, skilled laborer, and general laborer, plus a daily equipment rate. Include supervision, overhead, profit, small tools, consumables, and PPE; materials reimbursed at documented actual cost.
Response: Acknowledge critical calls and coordinate a response within two hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays; onsite arrival only when directed. Urgent calls require same-day response, important calls within 48 hours, and routine calls within two weeks.
Service terms: One-year term with no guaranteed work volume. Qualified, licensed personnel and an onsite supervisor required; daylight work unless approved otherwise.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$3 million aggregate and applicable auto liability of $1 million.
